The Practice is Open

As from, Monday 19th July 2021, Andrew Brown Dental Limited, will be expecting patients to STILL wear face masks and alcohol their hands as soon as they enter the practice. We feel as a clinical setting, our staff and patients need to feel that they are in a safe environment. If you have NOT had your Corona-virus vaccinations we would advise you to wait until you had received them, before seeing us for dental check-ups or the dental hygienist.

Emergency appointments, dental check-ups, dental procedures & dental hygienist appointments ARE AVAILABLE. Please call 01822 617788 or book “Online” as either an Existing or New Patients

Those patients seeking NHS services, please ring the NHS helpline on 0845 002 0034.

Appointments

At the time of your appointment we will greet you at the door, invited you to put a face mask on and we will ask you to sanitise your hands using an alcohol gel. You will then proceed straight to your treatment room or maybe the waiting room, if empty.

Once in the treatment room, we will ask you to place your belongings in the plastic box provided.

The dental team will wear the appropriate PPE to keep everybody safe throughout the appointment.

We will keep your time in the practice to a minimum. A member of staff will contact you 24 hours prior to your appointment to go through several Covid 19 questions. We will now asking those members of the public that have received BOTH their Corona virus injections to present their NHS COVID-19 immunisation record card so it can be scanned onto to their notes.
