Under the age of 16 must be dentally fit before joining the Smile Plan. Our team will advise you on this following an initial assessment

short notice cancellation fee
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that occasionally plans change, and if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we simply ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or missed appointments may incur a charge of £1 per minute of the scheduled appointment time. For example, a 30-minute appointment may carry a minimum charge of £30.
This helps us manage our schedule and offer appointment times to other patients who may be waiting for care. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us look after all of our patients.
